UK TOP SECRET
Postman Patel
I noticed that Postman Patel had been unusually light with his posts of late, but thought nothing of it. Today when I logged onto his site I had the misfortune of reading that our dear Postman will not be delivering any further mail.
Lord Patel, Ed Teague, passed away on the 9th June, 2009. I am deeply saddened by this news.
Lord Patel was a man of courage who knew exactly what was going on in the Political world and was not afraid to expose the truth behind the surface. He was an honest and forthright reporter, who accurately covered many diverse issues and subjects.
Lord Patel earnt my respect because he was outspoken, observant, incredibly intelligent, straight to the point, witty and did not care who he insulted. I was also truly humbled when the Postman once made reference to one of my posts.
The world Blogsphere has sincerely lost a brilliant and candid voice.
My sincere condolences are extended to all his family.

THat is sad news Ardent. I found out that another blogger who I used to visit and who had also not posted for a while has died.
Wish I had had the 'leisure' to follow him on almost daily basis.
One would not always have to agree but he was - in my opinion - a very special blogger.
R.i.P., Postman Patel.
I never had the pleasure of knowing about his blog... May his soul rest in peace.

Jams, Blogger become like friends and you feel the loss.:(
Sean, he was quite special. He wrote a lot about British politics which I was not always in sync with. But I liked and appreciated his international views.
Thanks Nevin.
Thank you for the link Hans. I will visit that blogsite.
